Great place, staff and management are friendly. They go above and beyond. They are proactive in escalating residents needs to other clinicians. I provided support to some residents at Warren Lodge, the team ensured everything was available and the visit went well. I will recommend Warren Lodge.

Mum was petrified of going into a care home, unfortunately Mum had no choice in 2023, so we chose Bupa’s Warren Lodge Care Home & I’m glad we did!
It’s very well managed & all staff are brilliant & genuinely care for their residents.
We could visit Mum whenever we wanted or needed to 24/7 & the staff were always on hand if we needed anything.
Mum passed recently & everyone was in tears & the support we’ve received is excellent.
The staff do their very best to accommodate everyone & any requests or help is always a priority.
We would highly recommend Bupa Warren Lodge to anyone, they are like an extended part of our Family.

Whilst our mum was only here for 4 weeks, the dedication of staff from the nurses, carers, cleaners, reception and kitchen team was exceptional. Knowing my mum had someone on hand and checking on her at least once every hour gave us and her peace in her final weeks. The time staff spent chatting to her, making her laugh and caring for her will not be forgotten. Special thanks to nurses Wayne and Stella for their treatment of Mum and for all staff fot bowing their head and lining the floor when mum made her final exit from the building yesterday. Truly exceptional care. Thank you, my mum (Sheila) was incredibly grateful and loved you all.

I am a Singer who frequently attends Warren Lodge to entertain the residents (and staff too)
The home is very well maintained, Clean and tidy.
The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful.
They are always looking after the residents and help them enjoy the music by either helping them up and dancing with the ones that are able or else sitting with the less able ones and holding their hands and singing with them.
I do love coming here and look forward to seeing them this month.
