I was visiting at Bemerton Lodge today for the first time, what a lovely friendly welcome. Watching the staff interacting with the residents with dignity and respect and always with smiles. A lovely cosy home with happy friendly staff. Well done and keep you the fantastic work you are all doing in caring for our loved ones.

Bemerton lodge really feels like a home, for both staff and residents. The home gives a sense of community and individuality and encourages the residents to maintain their independence as much as possible.
Everyone works together as one team and this includes the residents too.

The care every member of staff provided for not only my nan, but the family until the very end and we are so thankful that her final years were in a safe and friendly environment. With the added pressure that care homes are under, I do believe that this care home in particular truly deserve credit and praise for the outstanding care they provided our dear Sylvia. We would also like to give a special thanks to Chantelle and Leanne who not only cared for her, but you could genuinely tell from speaking to them that they really cared about her so thank you so much! I would highly recommend this place for those who want to ensure their family members are safe and cared for even in these difficult times.
