My mum has been living at Wainford House since September 2022. Prior to this she had been living alone and then went into hospital after a fall at home. The difference in my mum since she has been cared for at Wainford House is amazing. The staff are so lovely and caring and my mum is very happy there.

Dreadful place, residents all crammed into a dated sitting room, left calling for help and ignored. Colludes and are friendly with local NHS continuing care home nurses so very unlikely to get this funding. Also look at the people who own this care home….investigate the directors living nice lifestyles in London (regular holidays to Maldives, Mauritius, Dubai etc) whilst the residents live in a dated and rather inadequate setting, totally disgusting – makes me sick to look at the comparisons between their lives and their residents! They left a relative of mine dying in their bedroom when they should have been taken to hospital, we ended up phoning an ambulance. There are much better places (eg. Beauchamp House in Loddon is a different world to this place), avoid.
