Went in to get my lenses changed, i waited 20 minute’s, the customer before me left, the member staff then went to the people who came in after me. I said I was next and the staff member said can you wait while i deal with this customer, have you got shopping to do. I was next and got ignored, i’ve used them for years and this is the first time someone has been rude to me. I wish i got his name, instead of sitting there telling customers to do their shopping he should do his job properly.

Tek, Azi and Cathy were excellent from start to finish. It was my first eye test for some time so was a bit nervous but all went well. I ended up with some new prescription glasses and took advantage of the 2nd pair deal and got myself an amazing pair of sunglasses.
