Eyesite have been looking after my eyes for nearly ten years, ever since I discovered that my previous, cheaper optician had missed my kerataconus.
Of course they can be a little more expensive than bigger loss-leading high street providers but you get much better service and choice of lenses and frames here (and the frames I’ve purchased here over the years really LAST!). Highly recommend.

Booking an appointment was very easy, a confirmation email arrived promptly and a text message reminded me of the appointment.
When I arrived the optician was ready for me, so I had no wait. She explained every set of tests and the results were clear and comprehensive.
The member of staff who then serviced my glasses and helped me order a fresh pair was also very professional, clear and patient.
All together a really excellent service.

I went into the store a couple of weeks ago after breaking my glasses over the weekend. The frame wasn’t repairable, and I was lucky that they they had a frame in stock that was a match for my existing pair, so they swapped the lenses over. I also ordered a new pair of glasses, as I realised that my spare had a much older prescription which were uncomfortable to wear.
