Pilton House Residential Home

We transferred our dear mum to Pilton House after her original care home failed in her safeguarding which resulted in mum injuring herself. It wasn’t until mum arrived at Pilton, that we realised what a proper care home should be like. I quickly appreciated what a wonderful team of people were looking after our mum. Totally professional, they put the needs of the residents at the centre of all they do. The staff have a genuine affection for the residents and there is always some activity taking place to engage and stimulate them. There are no agency staff. This is a solid and well established team of professionals. I just wish we had discovered Pilton sooner. There is real kindness present. Our mum passed away in December. It would have been her birthday today and I know she would want me to express her thanks and our appreciation for all the home did for her while she was with them.
