Unfortunately and sadly my Dad was ment to be looked after at this place. He suffered 3 falls and the last fall he sadly never recovered and passed away 2 days ago. And even worse none of these falls was never documented in the accident book. They also tryed saying my dad had stepped over his mat and got low enough to injure himself. They won’t except any liability and sadly this isn’t the only person whos died from lack of care from this home. We as a family my mum especially is taking this a lot further for the other residents in this soul less place. Losing my dad 2 days before Christmas has shattered our family to thousands of bits.
Please please please avoid. Your relatives ain’t safe there

The care my grandad was given was absolutely disgusting he was given a fall mat for when he had a fall and every time he had a fall it took them over 10 minutes to get to him he had multiple broken bones everytime he deteriorated so much after being in their, he sadly passed away yesterday and these people’s care are to blame!!!

The care my grandad received from this care home was absolutely disgusting. He had several falls at this care home and not one was recorded or documented, he fell a month or so ago and it took them over 10 minutes to get to him and he had broken his collar bone. He deteriorated rapidly after this fall and has passed away! Before this fall he was absolutely fine and it good spirits. I am appalled by the way he was treated and will continue to write reviews

My mum stayed here for the last few years of her life. The dedication and hard work of the staff was absolutely astonishing. My mum had a very rare and little known neurological condition, and the staff made it their business to know the condition but more importantly, know my mum. Can not thank them enough for everything they did in making my mum’s last couple of years not just comfortable but enjoyable.

My other halves nan and grandad both reside here and what a wonderful place this is! The staff are an absolute credit from the carers to the chefs to the cleaners. The place is immaculate. The food is good and big portions! And the care is fantastic. We as a family have no worries about this place. An absolute joy. Thank you Hollies!
