Multiple aspects of the building are consistently letting residents down.
Several health risks in most of if not all residents rooms.
– Communal Food bank hygiene is a joke, FSA would not be happy.
– Empty promises by staff that are rarely fulfilled, maintenance requests are never acted upon + we can’t access the other side of doing them online to see how many times we have filled out the forms, when, and what for.
– I counted 9 parts of the tenancy agreement sections of the contract that are void and broken on a daily basis.
– I’ve asked for over a year for a simple freedom of data request and have not been provided it any time I’ve asked. Which breaks the GDPR law.
All in all there is zero communication between staff and residents on anything happening regarding our safety, integrity of the building or how anything is being managed.

Lived there for about 3 years, the staff were and still are brilliant at their jobs they’ve helped me in so many different ways, I now volunteer for the YMCA and I enjoy what I do

Lived here for 2 years, supposed to help young people out with living. Place is a mess police and ambulance every Saturday. Charge you 4 pound to do one wash, no gas so heating your room costs a fortune. As soon as I moved in I was advised not to work full time as id be better of on benefits as the rent is so high.
