It’s a brilliant service when you’re being seen for an appointment, apart from that it’s really hard to get an appointment or a repair, since NRS dissapeard they haven’t answered the phone my child’s wheelchair break hasn’t been replaced for nearly two months. He’s a minor, he cannot commute with a broken wheelchair, he’s immobile. They don’t care at all anymore, maybe we need a new wheelchair service for high Wycombe, WE CAN BOT GET THROUGH TO THEM.

2 months later no answer ,no updates nothing! The phone is not working! I called every day for many times and no one is answering! Still waiting for the chair but probably my dad will die before they will bring it to him.

Wheelchair service are the worst company I have every come across. I have been with out my electric wheelchair for 7 days because wheelchair service plugged the laptop into my wheelchair and it didn’t work again. I have left 9 messages on WCH on there phone and you never ring you back and they are uncontactable.
I believe WCH & NRS are letting people down and the NHS need to be aware of this.
I’m feeling so let down that I could end my life to be out of this arrangement. 🥲🥲

Still waiting for an urgent appointment six months after referral from OT. No-one answers the phone or responds to messages left. Client has been housebound while waiting.

I was running late for my daughters appointment today but the staff were so understanding and still managed to fit her in. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly male from reception who offered me tea or coffee. These little things mean a lot to full time carers when you haven’t had chance to get a drink for a while. The technician I saw went above and beyond to help my daughter and adjust her chair. We didn’t feel we were rushed at all even though we were late.
