Excellent service. No waiting. Took the time to establish my needs. Left me to explore the vast stock of frames without being pressured, but were on hand to answer any questions. I strongly recommend this branch but i am sure other branches of Vision Express are equally as professional.

I went in to my local vision express as a customer with a bloodshot eye to just b looked at the staff are very helpfull scanned my eyes said burst blood vessal then the optician did a full eye test explained everything not rushed and a prescription for new glasses saved me making an appointment in a months time the staff are exellent friendly and very efficient and they can fit new lenses in my glasses saved me some money

Bad service. I would have placed an order for glasses, but because I had to wait an hour and a lack of staff, I took my prescription and will order elsewhere. When I mentioned to the assistant who took for my test, he told me that a staff member was having her appraisal. Bad timing for 1pm appointment!!

The optician didn’t check my eyes after knowing that I have glaucoma and I put three glaucoma eyedrops. He couldn’t even check my left eye pressure, the machine couldn’t read my eye pressure, not sure why. I requested the optician to check my eye and let me know if there is any infection/inflammation but he denied to check and advised me to contact hospital. My experience with the optician was absolutely horrible. I never had experienced this with Specsavers. I will never visit vision express again and also advise my relatives and friends not to visit Vision Express. It was waste of my time. Apologies for this negative comments, this is my honest feedback.
