The service once you are seen to is excellent. Thorough and helpful. My only issue, is that I have had a poor experience on 3 separate occasions whereby the optician turned up to start work nearly half an hour after my appointment time. Appointment was booked for 9am, optician turned up at 9:20am. I have held off of writing a poor review, but I feel a third time indicates a time keeping issue rather than the odd occasional circumstances being out of the individuals control. If I could score appointment times in isolation, I would only give a 1 star review, but because I cannot, I have attempted to remain balanced because the service when it arrives is very good. P.s. no response required, just making others aware.

I had to visit Vision Express in Basildon at the very last minute, and they still managed to see me, which I really appreciated. The service was professional, polite, and very clear from start to finish. Everything was explained properly, and I felt well looked after throughout the whole appointment. The staff were friendly, patient, and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s not only efficient service, but also genuinely reassuring when you’re dealing with something important like your eyes. I would definitely recommend Vision Express in Basildon to anyone looking for professional eye care and helpful staff.

Great experience. Really lovely customers service. Claudia and Taz were fantastic in helping with finding the right frames for my taste and so patient in conducting the eye tests. Absolutely lovely store. Great glasses options and incredible customer service. Everyone was very attentive, super patient and helpful during the eye test, and incredible in their explanation of glasses features that work best with my day-to-day vision requirements.
