I have just completed the Thrive Neurodiversity In The Workplace course for instructors. This course came to my attention at just the perfect time in my work so I jumped at the chance to be trained and join the team – and I have to say it’s probably the best decision I’ve made in my business this year!
The course is innovative, inspiring and entirely accessible. The trainers are brilliant and they not only taught about neurodiversity, but demonstrated how to build inclusivity into any work place by their approach and care of each person on the course. Despite it being two full days a week online, the time sped by and the trainers made sure everyone had plenty of breaks, and they made it fun as well as deeply informative. And they encouraged us all to sharte our thoughts and learn from each other as well as from them.

I have just completed the Thrive Neurodiversity in the Workplace Instructor Course. I think one word sums it up – WOW!
I was in the first online cohort which attracted trainers and from as far as Australia!
Training for whole days online can sometimes seem overwhelming but the Thrive team made the course so engaging the time absolutely flew by. We were encouraged to participate in a way that best suited us whether that was curled up on a sofa or participating whilst walking round the local park. The content and course materials are superb but it was the delivery that really brought the learning to life. My instructors were Chezzy and Sue and they made for a dream team. Just the right balance of knowledge sharing, activities, humour and challenge to make sure that we all got the most out of the course.
Would highly recommend Thrive for any mental health and neurodiversity training.
