I honestly can’t recommend The Wellness Hub enough. The team are so lovely, welcoming and genuinely care about helping you feel your best from the moment you walk through the door.
I’ve been using the Recovery Carousel, which includes the whole body cryotherapy, medical-grade red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and it’s made such a difference. My fatigue has improved significantly, I have so much more energy, and I finally feel like I’m getting back to my normal self again.
I’ve also recently lost a lot of weight, and combining that with these treatments has really helped boost my confidence. I feel healthier, stronger and more like me than I have in a long time.
The facilities are fantastic, the treatments are always explained thoroughly, and the whole experience feels professional yet friendly. If you’re looking to improve your recovery, energy levels or overall wellbeing, I would highly recommend The Wellness Hub.

The Wellness Hub is by FAR the best recovery and wellness centre I’ve ever been to! The staff are all so lovely and the service is amazing. I’ve used near enough every recovery device they have: cryo, hyperbaric chamber, red light bed and pelvi-power. I come out feeling so fresh every time. Not only is the equipment very modern and perfectly maintained, the hub is run by qualified physiotherapists who are so knowledgeable and will happily guide you through the best process for you and your body. You get the relaxation level of a spa but with the added expertise and extra touches of medical professionals. I’ve actually also had physio treatment with both Emma and Liv for my back and hips and they were both so professional and helpful. Wellness Hub will always be an absolute staple for my recovery!
