Didn’t stay over so can’t comment on the rooms, but food was delicious, lots of gluten free options, staff were super friendly and helpful.

Great Pub, but no place to stay overnight. Central spot on main street. Rooms way too noisy. Sleep not possible without ear plugs. Our room was close to dumpsters and staff break area. So there was noise, too. Kitchen supplies were stored in front of room, delivery truck parking right next to it.
Great breakfast though. Friendly staff. Unfortunately not close to standard hotel quality. But rates were like a 4 star hotel.

This restaurant is great- wonderful staff and service and always so welcoming especially staff member Teresa. I come here for coffee every Wednesday morning and she is always so cheerful,
welcoming and helpful. She is a huge asset to the staff team here.

Fantastic, Classic British Pub
If you are looking for a quintessential pub experience in Cirencester, The Kings Arms delivers on all fronts.
The Drinks offer an excellent and varied drink selection, catering perfectly to everyone from ale lovers to cocktail fans.
The Service the staff here are top-tier. Even during busier hours, the service is consistently fast, incredibly friendly, and welcoming.
The Atmosphere It is a stellar example of what a great pub should be. The layout is good, featuring plenty of comfortable seating options both inside for a cozy vibe, and outside for when the weather permits.
Recommended for a casual pint, a night out with friends, or just a relaxing afternoon drink!

Waitress was really hostile and unapproachable, when we came to be seated she looked like a stroppy teenager (she was 30) and then dropped the menus and walked off. When her manager asked her to take our order as I approached him, she mumbled something and walked in the opposite direction. A younger waitress took our order and it did take a while to arrive which we were warned about but the food wasn’t very nice. The soup of the day was too peppery and the fish finger goujans were tasteless, the chunky chips were nice but that was about it. Very expensive for bland food and rubbish service. I wouldn’t go back as I think there are better establishments.
