After having problems with a blank screen and subsequent replacement failure to stay on long enough to use, ilab refunded my new screen costs which I put towards another more up to date phone and after a lot of difficulty transferring all my data etc the job was completed successfully.
I cannot rate the service and professionalism of staff highly enough except to award them 11 stars out of 10.
I would recommend this company to everyone I know and if at all possible to everyone I don’t know.
Fantastic service and duty of care throughout and will definitely return if and when the need arises.

Me and my brother visited the store today and were greeted straight away with a warm welcome. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. An issue that I had with my phone was resolved very quickly and the team were very reassuring.
