Beautiful venue. Great facilities i attended a regency ball organised by lizzie and sophie. . I came by black cab from reading station (£16.80) after a trip from london on the Elizabeth line. I cant tell you the cost of this as i used a freedom pass which takes you all the way. The barn has 2 halls one large and one small. It has a seperate kitchen. The food i had was,,,,,,??? Won’t say any more on this but not a caterer i would use again. Only one choice on the menu dry pulled pork rolls. The dancing was fab. Libby from mrs Bennets Ballroom Surbiton called the dances which were simple but it didn’t stop people getting it wrong and travelling in the wrong direction. She has incredible patience. The organiser had employed a silhouette artist to cut out pictures of the dancers and lots of us walked away with card size portraits. The venue has 3 toilets, one of which ìs disabled. There is a ramp on entry and everything is on the level.

A lovely old barn. We hired it for a meeting. Great facilities. Plenty of space and great character. Our guests all commented on how nice the venue was.
