I cannot praise Marcus and his team enough for the professionalism they’ve shown towards my friend’s parents. After loosing both parents recently, the standard they’ve shown from the beginning to end is impeccable.

Having never experienced the chapel of rest or not knowing what to expect, I’ve never seen an individual who is no longer with us look so at peace and presented to such a standard that you’d think they’re just sleeping. These professionals are not just funeral directors – they are artists, carers and human beings that put a great amount of time and care into understanding the individual in their care, their families, their appearance and their personalities.

The funeral services, both lead by Marcus were comforting, friendly, warm and personal. You feel as though there is a great amount of care and reassurance around you. They really do make one of the hardest days feel peaceful and joyful in celebrating an individual’s life. Humour massively helps, something that is a big part in my friend’s family. Marcus smashed the assignment and knew exactly how to handle the services. Even the pet dog was star of the service! Marcus understood this and it really added a personal touch to our final goodbye.

Our friend passed away after one call to them it was like the stress was taken away. Nothing was too much trouble. The day of the funeral we didnt have to think about anything it was all taken care of. We were treated like their family. Just wanted to say how happy my family and I were with the amazing service provided by Cribbs after we lost our darling Dad Colin. My sister had already used them twice and as this was my first experience I was very worried about what to expect. Debbie was fantastic, helping us to follow as closely as possible our Mum’s funeral, and showed us compassion and friendliness. The other ladies were kind, patient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Phil was so professional and reassuring and helped make this difficult time into a memorable and special occasion.
