The staff were very friendly and professional. They clearly knew their job very well, and the whole eye test was done quickly and professionally. My child felt comfortable throughout the appointment and said he would be happy to come back and have his eyes checked again. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Absolute joke!
Had an eye test/scan 4 weeks ago and informed that I needed new glasses. Told the member of staff that my company help with the prescription so I paid for the test and I was informed that the glasses would be ready the following week.
I called up and hour before my collection time only to be informed the glasses had been cancelled as they were not paid for! Obviously this wasn’t explained to myself when they happily took the money for the test! Spoke to Barry who is the manager and obviously he was quite apologetic. I then asked about the possibility of contact lenses and was informed that someone would get back to me. 5 days later I got a call regarding their specialist so I naturally thought progress was being made. However I then had another test only to be told I had an abnormal blood vessel in my non dominant eye and I wasn’t allowed contact lenses. Obviously this blood vessel couldn’t be seen in the first test which was paid for!
Thankfully I still have my prescription so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

The staff here are very knowledgeable and welcome and talked me through every step of the process answering any questions I had about what was happening. Special shout out to the optometrist who was very personable and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was informed about all of the options available to me at each pay scale

The consultant was amazing at making sure my son was comfortable and explained everything to us. He answered every single question we had, even the silly ones from my son. Although they told me they were running behind we were seen quickly and within our booked time. Highly recommend this Specsavers.

Really good experience all round. Both the person who did my eye test and the person who helped me with picking frames afterwards were great. I think they were both newer members of staff as they had to have their work checked by more senior colleagues, so just wanted to say how good they both were. My new prescription feels absolutely spot on. Everyone was friendly and helpful also.
