Building is good and clean unfortunately on site care is very poor my 89 year old father in law has lived there for more than 10 years the care company dial house has a high turnover of staff
That really don’t won’t to do much care and when challenged on the lack of care and not staying the allocated time (short changing) they turn it around and say that his not suitable to live there
Even though complaints are made to BPHA its swept under the carpet if you have loved ones looking for a place check out the care company first
