I lost all confidence at the end of my divorce that it was handled correctly with no oversights. I asked jade when I could apply for the decree absolute and she said I would have to wait for my ex wife to apply for it, she didn’t even know that it was myself that applied for the divorce not my wife , if she missed this simple detail what else was missed ???

I was asked in my first appointment with Rahmin who applied for the divorce yet this information was either lost or forgotten, your saying that this info wasn’t part of your responsibility yet without the decree absolute the clean break would not be in place, one of the most important financial needs required to be completed!
If jade didn’t know or couldn’t remember such a simple piece of information what else was overlooked?
As to how long ago this was it doesn’t change the facts.
I also asked for Rahmin to take on my case yet it was passed onto jade which was not what I wanted and the barrister you appointed failed to attend court with short notice which gave the new barrister very little time to look over the case.
