We were recommended Rosedale Beccles after my mother passed away March 2021. I was so glad that we did as the service was first class. From the very first meeting to the funeral, it was a very smooth and caring service from start to finish. The main staff who looked after us as a family was Toni, Alison, and James who were compassionate,caring and did everything they could to make the whole process as painless and uncomplicated as possible, whilst being there for us and understanding what we were going through. They explained everything and accommodated what we required to make the day memorable for our family. I cannot praise highly enough all of the staff at Rosedale in Beccles for their guidance and advice whilst arranging my mother’s funeral.
Everything was organised seamlessly and it made a very sad and stressful experience much easier than I was anticipating. The attention to detail was very much appreciated , the flower arrangements were beautiful and the service went just exactly as I wanted. Rosedale Funeral directors were asked to take care of the funeral arrangements for my neighbour Miss Ivy Brown today. I cannot praise them highly enough for the care and attention they paid to every last detail. Lucy guided me through some difficult decisions with tact and diplomacy and Richard could not have been more sensitive and helpful when he arrived with the hearse.
