Using Right at Home Bedford to help mum with the tasks she struggles with these days gives me peace of mind when I can’t be there. They are also very good at keeping in touch with me and keeping me in the loop with anything that changes or anything they discuss with mum (like day/visit time changes) allowing her to feel in control of arranging it while allowing me to be the back up if she gets confused.
Mum only ever has good things to say about their girls and looks forward to their visits not only for the help they offer but also for the social side and a chat when she can’t get out. I would definitely recommend them from the service we’ve received.
