If I could give a higher star rating, I would. We have found every aspect of this company, management, admin and carers, to be absolutely first rate. The care is superb, friendly yet professional, kind and accomodating. A small number of carers allocated to us and so there is continuity of care and not , as can be the case, a different carer turning up each day.
The admin team are helpful and knowledgeable.
