I recently bought a powerchair via Platinum Mobility and can I just say, the service I received from them was absolutely wonderful. I saw the listing for my powerchair on eBay and decided to buy it directly over the telephone. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly, the delivery was swift and reasonably priced considering I live in a remote area, and my powerchair made it here in perfect condition. My husband and I went on a mission to find a suitable w/chair for our son, having been totally let down by our local NHS wheelchair service.
As soon as we met Logan, we knew we would get excellent service from the company. A few weeks later we returned with our son to be measured up for a customised attendant control chair.
We met James , a wonderful young man who couldn’t do more for us.
We have now had the chair for 12 months and went back to have it serviced. Again James fitted us in at short notice and was extremely helpful to try and meet our requirements.
In less than 1 hour , he had done the service .
This is an amazing company, attentive, kind and take a lot of pride in their work.
We can highly recommend this company 11/10 !!

We recently purchased a refurbished 3 year old Quickie 300M wheelchair for my wife from Mobility Platinum and the entire experience was excellent.
Living in Ireland, I was initially concerned about shipping, but the delivery was very quick and the shipping costs were surprisingly reasonable.
The quality of the refurbishment is outstanding—the chair looks and functions brilliantly.
Drives like new and extremely clean. At first glance you would think it was new.
What impressed us most was their customer service. We requested some additional extras to be added to the chair. They handled this without any hassle and the pricing for the add-ons was very fair.
A professional, reliable company that I would highly recommend to anyone.

I wish I found this amazing company sooner. The team at Platinum Mobility are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is top notch also. I went to Cambridge to look at a Q700 and met Rob. Nothing was too much trouble and after a test drive I immediately knew this was the one. The price absolutely fantastic and was delivered promptly in a few days. The delivery driver Jason I believe ensured everything was correct and adjusted the chair to my specifications. Awesome service and will 100% use this company again for the foreseeable. Cannot recommend this company enough.
