Always on the end of the phone, no matter what time of day. No question is a silly question for him. Malcom’s team made my Nanny look beautiful and I was able to view her before the funeral.
Whenever we visited Malcom, or spoke to him on the phone, he made us feel so welcome and I honestly feel like I’ve known him for years.
He let me open up to him and he even made me laugh through the tears.
