Made a call several weeks ago and spoke to Umesh, who was very kind and said if I brought my Uncles scooter in, which wasn’t working, he’d take a look at it. This was very kind, as it wasn’t purchased from him. I took it in and the battery in the fob didn’t work. He replaced the battery and ordered some arms which were missing from the scooter, purchased second hand elsewhere.
While he was doing this, my uncle sat in a rise and recline chair.
The arms were posted directly to my uncle, arranged my Nilam and arrived super quick.
I called several times to get measurements to make sure it would fit in his house. They were very quick in returning my calls and emailing pictures and measurements to me.
The chair made a big impression and today, we went back to try it out again and left having purchased it!
Umesh and Nilam (Nelly to her friends, which we are now!) were both kind and patient with my uncle, explaining how the chair worked and how you should get in and out of it.
Nothing was too much trouble.
