Absolutely delighted with my new Quickie Nitrum from Lifestyle & Mobility.

A huge thank you to Lenny, who has gone truly above and beyond throughout the assessment and fitting process. He took the time to make sure all the measurements were accurate and, importantly, considered the small changes needed from my previous Quickie chair rather than simply using the same measurements again.

That attention to detail has really paid off — the Nitrum feels fantastic and is a huge improvement. It’s clear that Lenny genuinely cares about getting the chair right for the individual, rather than just ticking boxes.

A little assistance from Vicki along the way too, so thank you to her as well!

Such an amazing company and a huge thanks to my wheelchair assessor Richard Chiassaro. I did have a few issues at first with my wheelchair and another assessor (who’s no longer there) but thanks to Richard and the lifestyle and mobility team this all got sorted quickly. Richard’s been particularly amazing, helping me sort out problems with my chair that were overlooked by the other guy, chasing things, helping me with fitting a front wheel ready for the 2027 London marathon and helping adjust my chair to make it more suitable after having back surgery. He’s amazing, if anyone needs a whee Assessor ask for Richard.

Excellent service from Louis at Lifestyle and Mobility. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs without any pressure. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for as a customer. Highly recommend asking for Louis!
