Perfect Ultimate eye test. Great safe service. I could not fault the wonderful staff. Welcomed into the branch on time for my eye test. Ela the O.A did my OCT scans making me feel very relaxed. Natalie did my eye exam and did a great eye test, spending time explaining things to me and putting my mind at ease. Then over to the lovely Angelica who helped me with choosing frames and types of lenses I needed.
I could not fault the staff with the care they give and all the time working with in the covid guidelines. They must be working double hard keeping the branch clean. Everything is wiped down .

Always have my eyes tested at Leightons going back to when I was 8 years old. Always good and thorough service, and wouldn’t change as they have my records going bank years.
Just wish the glasses prices were more realistic to other high street chains.

I find all the staff at Leightons Alton friendly and pleasant. There are two in particular I would wish to mention:
Angelica Keel who has always been most helpful when I have needed new frames and completing what is required for ordering the lenses
Charlotte Heath for her knowledge and professionalism. Her ability to sppreciate the particular problems I have has been exceptional.

I have been using this branch of Leightons for most of my life now and I can honestly say that it is a superb store.
The staff are very welcoming and are very professional in their work.
They have a great range of glasses and prescription sunglasses to choose from.
They go above and beyond in terms of eye care. For example they once noticed I had a small piece of metal in my eye. Immediately they got me a referral to have this sorted at the hospital and were very much wanting to know how it went. If thats not customer care then I don’t know what is!
I would happily recommend them to anyone.
