Lakeside Florist LLC – Local Family Owned

Very very disappointed in there service I called an explained I wanted to order a floral arrangement I was informed to look over the items on there page an was told I had 40 minutes to get something ordered I called back 10 minutes an was informed that the driver went home before 2 an they told me that they cont do anything so I ask what about delivery on Thursday no way due to they would be transferring things to the church an I explained this was my mother an I live out of state they said look else were like a florist in Marshall an I did but I did get something that I really didn’t like it’s sad how they did this to me this was my step mother an I cont make the funeral an all I wanted was to show my love they should go above and beyond an treat each customer the same way well I see responded to my post only to make them look better an I was told I had 40 minutes to place oder it’s all good you all believe what you want I know the facts an they could of gone above and beyond due to the fact I was out of state an this was for my mother it’s sad how they want to use my other post about other things first they need to read the post before judging here one person tells you something else an another tells you something else an what I wanted was easy to do an had plenty of time even if it got there right at five or after

Recently I bought some flowers for my girlfriends birthday, the attention to detail was incredible. At first I had a problem with the payment because i did it from Spain, but they kindly helped me. Furthermore, the delivery was really fast. I will repeat in the future for sure! Highly recommended!!
