My children and I have all had brilliant experiences here. Fal is amazing – so kind and good with the kids, but incredibly thorough and professional. We have been really impressed by the number of tests which are done as part of a standard check up. They seem to be constantly investing in new technology and updating their processes, which is very reassuring. We highly recommend them!

The whole experience felt relaxed yet professional. The eye tests are informative and very in-depth while the optometrists are friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken through each step of my test in detail, after which, the front of house staff attentively took measurements and were very patient in helping me choose the right frames.
This is my first time wearing glasses and after a few weeks I’m very pleased to say I haven’t needed to return once regarding any issues. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys!

The eye tests are extremely thorough. The optometrist explained the results of the scans and gave a lot of advice that many of the high street brands don’t. The front of house staff also deserve a lot of praise. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. After listening to the staffs advice, I moved away from the style of frame I’ve been wearing for almost 20 years as it turns out they were not a very good fit for my facial features. I now have a very well fitting pair of glasses that I don’t have to constantly push up! Highly recommended!

Similar to earlier dissatisfied customer reviews I also purchased a premium brand frames which broke after six months and there was no warranty and was charged £50 for the repair. Most businesses where you purchase a £300+ product that breaks after six-months you get some sort of warranty protection, especially after spending thousands at this opticians over the years. Like the other reviewer, I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Had the best and most thorough eye test & examination I’ve ever had. The lovely Optometrist took a lot of time to explain everything very thoroughly to me. They also have a great range of frames here. Wonderful people. Will be coming back.
