What a truly good experience to have my rental stairlift fitted. Assessment done on Tuesday, fitted on Friday and to my exact requirements. The fitting only took one and a half hours. No mess at all. Polite and friendly service throughout. I could not be happier. Thank you.

Fabulous company, don’t bother going anywhere else. Fitted a starlift for us super quickly, really helped us out. Slight issue with the controls a couple of days later was sorted out almost immediately. Today the stairlift was dismantled and taken away. From start to finish everyone at HomeStairlifts has been super helpful and just a pleasure to deal with, at what for us, has been a very difficult time. Very decent people.

Andy and Lisa pulled out all the stops to have a great stairlift fitted within a couple of days.
Lisa was polite and helpful on the phone from the word go and ensured everything went smoothly.
Andy was extremely professional and gave very fair advice with regards to the costing which is rare in any industry.
Andy has had years of experience with stairlifts and he left everything clean and tidy, making sure that everything was working perfectly.
He gave full instructions on the use of the lift and all of the safety aspects and left me with no doubts whatsoever.
I did contact a few different companies beforehand but I’m very glad that I picked Home Stairlifts to carry out the work.
