I have spent the last year trialling different care companies and can honestly say that as a company home instead are the better employers , my reason for this is the pure fact that the one hour minimum visits make all the difference to both staff and clients and it enables good working relationships with the clients you meet along the way. it enables time to get to know your clients and for them to know and trust in you as there carer. I am no longer in the care profession myself but I just wanted to highlight that home instead is a much better company to work for as apposed to others out there.
