Two lovely ladies came to my Mums home to discuss some care for when I go away on holidays. They were very helpful and informative and I feel reassured that Mum is going to be well looked after while I am away. Home Instead came recommended by another lady that we know that has had excellent care from them.

Mother in law in Burton on Trent has Home Instead carers each day. The carers are really good, perform personal care, serve hot and cold meals, provide drinks. Washing done in machine, vacuuming and washing up completed. They also administer medication when required.
Home Instead have a mobile phone app which allows us to monitor each day’s activity – that is a brilliant service.
We have found that when additional tasks are needed, the response has always been positive – their mantra seems to be “That is what we are here for”.

Home Instead-Burton on Trent…..Emma, Kelly and the small group of ladies who at the drop of a hat were there for myself and my mum, who was staying with me after an experience back home, left mum without a carer.
You are amazing people who, came into my home and cared for my mum exceptionally well, whilst I worked my two jobs during the weekdays.
All her personal care was taken care of, she was taken out in the environment close to us and activities were done, enabling mum to focus, engage and enjoy, helping her in remembering she’d had fun and enjoyment whilst being in the middle stages of mixed dementia.
I will be forever grateful to you all in the two weeks you were on board and in our lives, our needs and the dedication you all showed.
Thank you, thank you everyone, you truly are exceptional and we hope that in the future we get to see you all again.
