We recently used this Crematorium for my husband who sadly died from leukaemia at the age of 61. On his instruction I reviewed Crem’s before he died. I immediately had a good feeling when I went to Hemel. It is perfectly laid out – even at busy times – to allow for a peaceful respectful service. It’s on one level which I liked. Nice interior design (it’s my living so I know 😉), nothing cold or sterile about it. The staff are all superb and allowed for a desperate sad situation to be easier for us all.
I never thought I’d be reviewing a Crematorium but life throws curve balls. And I’m very glad we’ve used this one. Thank you

When you suffer the loss of a love one, you want to give them the best goodbye you possibly can.
The new Crematorium in Hemel Hempstead is perfect.
Very well laid out for mourners including people with disabilities and plenty of parking spaces in a beautiful surrounding area.
Using AC Tadmans Funeral Directors and Vaughn who conducted the service was
absolutely the perfect combination.
Both extremely professional and courteous people who showed empathy coupled with the right Crematorium made a very difficult day that little bit easier knowing that your loved one was shown the greatest respect right up until the curtain closed.

I had my late wife’s funeral here and was very impressed. The glass waiting room was a touch of brilliance. You could wait out of the poor weather and not have to worry about missing later mourners or the arrival of the cortege. The chapel was very spacious and pleasantly light and airy. When the grounds are finished, I’m sure they will be excellent, too.

I sadly had to attend here for a funeral, but I was very impressed by the facilities offered, especially compared to other Crematoriums I’ve attended. There is plenty of parking, very clean toilets for everyone, a warm waiting room for early arrivers with water fountain, and of course, the place of service.
