Lovely place got just about all you’ll need. 12 mounths latter the chair I purchased is still waiting to be mended had lots of house calls from the experts ( hmm) and still not safe to sit on.its now going back to the work shop, hmm.still waiting for that to happen. We’ll now 14 mounths down the so called repairs are no good can’t be bothered with this company any more the chair is no good like the shop sorry to say I would not recommend any one to shop here they got my money will have to dump this chair they don’t care ,after 14 mounths I think I only sat on it about 2 months and felt safe , and it cost me £1400 best of luck if you go to this place been to care co in Norwich since what a place the best IM AFRAID AFTER ALL THIS TIME IT WAS NOT SORTED AS YOU SAY (TELL THE TRUTH FOR ONCE) AND IT HAS NOT BEEN SORTED AFTER ALL THIS TIME £1400AND I STILL CANT SIT ON IT ALL YOU DID WAS PASS THE PROBLEM ON I BAUGHT IT OF YOU SHOULD HAVE SORTED IT PROPERLY . WASN’T UP TO ME TO KEEP PHONING THE MAKERS DONT TELL A LOAD LIES.
