The Internal Shaman
Arrived late evening, staff were friendly. I was attending a training event. Rooms were great nice view with hotel ground, had a balcony that could open. Stayed during hot weather.the bed itself was extremely warm. A fan was in the room but the bed felt like it was heated. I opened out the balcony door to let the fresh air in. Tea and coffee available but was no sugar in the tray, I didn’t want to ring down for more, had a shower which was nice and refreshing, fresh towels and toiletries available. Hair dryer and trouser press available. Overall nice stay

Stayed for 2 night with my daughters and wife as had a wedding in the local area.
Before arriving I called and emailed to say my daughter is 8 weeks old and if they had a bed that was suitable for a 8 weeks year old bay that would be great . They said thats fine and it will definitely is suitable so not to worry bringing a bed. Arrived no bed was suitable for her age. Had to drive all the way home (Portsmouth) to bring one back as shops were closed but staff were amazing offered me a refund for that night which I am truly grateful for. The reason my rating is low is not because of this or the service that I received by the staff. The rooms and buildings are not up to standard for Summer. No air con or windows open in the breakfast area during possibly the hottest day of the year. Rooms run down, balcony door hard to open and one electric fan to keep a whole room of people. Could possibly asked but due to the rush of the wedding (from AM to 23:00) and being very tired from night before I didnt get chance. I would not stay in hotel during summer despite their amazing breakfast

The staff was very understanding of my ASD and my partners ADHD- they also understood our physical disabilities too. The hotel room was super clean and the area of the hotel too! For the first time living with ASD I actually slept really well in the room in this hotel compared to other hotels. The beds comfy there is no outdoor noise- I was really happy with it all! Thank you so much 😊

Fabulous hotel , our room is really comfy.
But the best bit was my shoulder , neck and back massage in the treatment room.
I was welcomed by Lily and made to feel very comfortable. It’s got to be said that it was hands down the best massage I have ever had!! Thank you so much Lily

My best mate and I went for an overnight spa trip to destress and have fun. Every single member of staff we interacted with was so friendly and helpful.
I had a wonderful massage and facial in the spa from Emily; she was thoughtful when talking through the treatment and was happy to adjust to meet my needs. I left feeling relaxed and glowy.
The place was clean and peaceful with great food and drink. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again!
