No room to park and sheltered housing has refused to do anything about it.
It takes months of complaining to get anything done by the council.
We have H/Safety issues which are never dealt with in order of importance.
We don’t have sheltered housing staff on site every day.

Good sheltered accommodation site with relatively good disabled access to most parts of the site as with all the sheltered accommodation offered by Basildon council I’m very impressed with the quality of the housing and with all the staff I come into contact with all in all my vote is four stars

Parking is ridiculous some residents are nosy and not friendly at all. The council refuse to do anything about parking.SSCstaff are ok but the

Car parking is a very big problem
Gossips who cause trouble for other residents
ASBO’s in abundance to a couple of residents but it doesn’t stop them from disrupting what used to be a nice complex.
Sheltered housing management of the site is very lacking although the SSC’s try to be responsive but their hands are tied.
