Goodwills created our Dad’s will while he was alive and stored it for him until his recent death.. The care and promptness of Goodwills service since his passing has been excellent and Georgia made sure we received the original will, safely and securely within a day of requesting. At a time when there is so much to complete and settle, Goodwills support was invaluable.

Giving them 1 * is actually being generous, disgusting service, resulting in adding emotional upset at a really bad time in our lives.
My father paid yearly for Mom’ and his will to be made and stored, so from 2008 to 2026.
When Mom passed away we obviously asked for her will. Seems they didn’t have a signed will and when company changed hands in 2008, they hadn’t received it from previous company, yet charged yearly for it for 18yrs.
They were obtrusive and unreliable throughout our chasing of the will.
We called and they said they would call us back but never did and we would have to call them. They held the contract and agreement form , the bank debit details for payment and the wills drawn up but not signed when drawn up. MY father and Mother drew the wills up in the company office, yet they were unsigned????
I do intend to take this further and request the £36 x18 that has been debited over the years.
Awful company that added to my anxiety and depression after losing my parents.
