Poor experience from start to finish.
Extremely disappointed with the total lack of professional coordination. We commissioned a bespoke wheelchair for a high-profile charitable presentation involving the Moroccan community with explicit instructions that the handover must be coordinated through our organization.
Despite a three-month wait and repeated assurances, your representative bypassed us entirely and delivered the equipment to the patient’s nursing home without notice. This failure effectively sabotaged months of planning with high-level officials and stripped our charity of a landmark moment. It is clear our instructions were ignored and our partnership was not respected. A significant service failure that we expect to be formally addressed.”

My wheelchair got mangled on a plane trip. By the time I got home Dan Craigs had sorted out a quote for the insurance, got it approved by the person liable and the wheels arrived the day I got home. When another part turned out to have been mis identified by Ti Lite he sorted out the correct part which I got an fitted this week. Stunning customer service.

Went here and got to say from the moment I called they were really helpful unlike some other places that won’t do anything for you unless you physically go into the store.
Haven’t placed order yet but once the few last bit of paperwork is sorted I shall be.
If there is anything I had to say that was negative about it, it is the consultation area which was just in the reception which just had a whole bunch of chairs kind of just placed there. It wasn’t a bother to me as such because I had already made my mind up what I wanted but if I were going there to find the right model I probably would have felt a bit….”Is that it?”!
As I say I haven’t actually given them the nod on this order yet so I will be revisiting this review again in a few weeks.
