Michael from Fade Audio was excellent. We inherited a complex smart home system (RAKO lighting and Sonos) from the previous owner and had major issues with it. One engineer had already looked at it but couldn’t diagnose or fix the problems.
Michael quickly identified the issues and resolved them with impressive knowledge and expertise. He clearly understands smart home systems and approached the troubleshooting in a very methodical way.
I would highly recommend Michael to anyone dealing with RAKO, Sonos, or complex smart home installations.

Pandemic working from home broadband drama!! With all of us working from home during the pandemic, we were giving our broadband a beating! Everything slowed down, and often needed restarting and with a teenage gamer at home also the main whinge everyday was the internet! Michael came up with a good solution and he and his team came out and spent a Covid safe day installing / fixing connections. All on time and very tidy too. Wow! All has gone quiet and there is no more drama now about speed….. hooray! A happy household 🙂
