I was given a quick look round the show house. No mention was made of what was still available at the development and I still don’t know the implications of buying off plan. McCarthy & Stone have lovely brochures but are a bit short on detail. I was also asked to chance my appointment at short notice which was fairly inconvenient. I just got the impression that in general McCarthy & Stone are not well run as the call centre seems to know very little about their own developments.
