I came from different hospital to this care home, I stayed here for nearly 5 months, the staff were so kind and respectful and they were so friendly. The manager Vania she was 😊 nice and friendly, all the nurses were nice to me.
I just want to say thank you to Akshay the nurse she was brilliant 🤩 when I need her.
Special Mention to: Tina and Bev and of course the wonderful Christine she was lovely and cheerful lady, christene always come to me asking we going to play Bingo!
The whole team was amazing 🤩

Mum was recently admitted to Dial House for respite care from a 7 week hospital stay following an awful fall with horrendous injuries at home My visit was unfortunately after 5pm due to traffic and travel. The member of staff answering the door was friendly but challenged my identity, this reassured me mum was safe, it became clear that I was expected and welcomed in. My immediate impression was a clean tidy friendly home. Mum looked so relaxed in her room and even boosted about winning at bingo. Her evening meal was brought to her room which she relished. I took a moment to read through the information brochure in her room, so useful. I haven’t told anyone that I used to work in care as a care manager, I was very impressed and knew what to look for. I met 5 different members of staff all cheerful and treated mum with dignity and respect.

Just a thankyou to all the staff at Dial House Summer Fair last Saturday 27th July! The efforts put into the organisation of it was superb both for residents and relatives alike. I’m not
really suprised, as the level of care shown at any time is top notch, my mother in law has been at Dial House for the past 18 months, they have more than looked after her needs on a daily basis…Special Mention to Ann Bustin, Janice Irvine, and of course the wonderful Christine!
When you have to make the difficult decision to arrange a future home for your loved one it is a very difficult task! We needed to not have worried as they welcomed Mum and put our minds at ease on every level! We’ll done ALL staff at Dial House…keep up the good work!!

My mother, Mary, was discharged after a 6 week stay in hospital to Dial House. On arriving, she was eating and drinking very little, had speech problems & was generally very flat. After 1 week with the wonderful staff at DH, she was eating, drinking, chatting away and starting to mobilise via wheelchair. For me, it was the little details that meant so much, decorations & a little drop of wine for her 90th birthday in January. An Irish flag for St. Patrick’s Day. Victoria, Kerry, Caroline and the rest of the staff, took such great care of not just my mum. But, the extended family too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My mum passed 3 weeks ago and again, the support we received from Anne & the whole team was amazing. My family & extended family can’t thank you enough & it will never be forgotten

My mother was in Dial House for 2 weeks. She was given wonderful care to which I will always be grateful. Staff and management were very kind and supportive to all our family. We were all treated with respect. Staff were very attentive and professional.
