The store has recently moved and refreshed its team, and the new space is beautifully designed with a boutique feel that instantly makes you feel special. From booking my appointment over the phone to walking through the door, the experience felt truly personal.
The team is exceptional:
Sonal, the optical assistant, greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere from the start.
Emma, the optometrist, was outstanding. She carried out my eye test with care and clarity, explaining everything thoroughly. She even offered helpful suggestions I’d never heard from previous opticians.
Raj, the dispensing optician, was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose frames that suited my style and fit perfectly. His advice was honest and thoughtful, and his eye for detail was impressive.
Together, they created a seamless and enjoyable experience that felt both personal and professional. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together and genuinely cares about their customers.
One of the highlights of my visit was how each staff member took the time to offer thoughtful suggestions on frame colours and styles. Their distinctive collection of designer eyewear isn’t what you typically see on the high street — they stock high-quality, standout frames you won’t spot on every other person walking down the street. It made choosing new glasses genuinely exciting.

An excellent selection of frames are on display. Raj was so kind and helpful in guiding my selection of frames resulting in the best fitting glasses, with lenses that are perfect for my high level varifocal prescription, that I have had for years. Thank you so much for the great service.
