I started going as I have PTSD. alone most of day it was lovely to go to the centre.some people do have some issues and ith memory not a problem for me at all.but today I was upset by some one and I left early crying.no one even noticed I’d gone. But some of the ladies shouted goodbye.im thinking shall I go back and simply hope I don’t have to see this person again.because of my PTSD the name I was called was very painful and hurtful.i cried all the way home.
