I popped in earlier today to see if I could have the arms of my sunglasses tightened. I was greeted by a very pleasant staff member who completed this within minutes and insisted it was no trouble at all. I was taken a back by how kind the staff were in there, thank you so much. I don’t currently have an opticians I go to regularly, however will definitely be back using here if I need too. Brilliant shop and service, would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

My Audiologist Imran was Extremely professional and polite. He Explained in detail my hearing loss so that I could understand what Frequency was at fault. I never once felt pressured at any stage of the consultation and would highly recommend anyone with hearing loss to pay them a visit.

Very happy to recommend this opticians. I’ve had two sets of glasses made here now. The service is always excellent, Very friendly people and very thorough. They take their time and don’t push sales which makes for a comfortable atmosphere.
I managed to snap the ear rest off my glasses today, popped in after 18:00 and the gentleman very kindly fixed them for me whilst I waited, at no charge too, which is pretty rare nowadays. Many thanks!

Highly recommend Chineham Opticians they have looked after my eye care for over 10 years and I have always received amazing care and service from Chris and the whole team. Nicky the optician has taken great care to ensure my contact lens are correct allowing several trials with differing options to ensure the optimum combination is found. Chris also always takes great care in ensuring that my vari-focal glasses are aligned and set perfectly. With personal levels of service like this I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
