Done a referal form for my daughter once reached a crisis point, the referal form was not relevant to her age or situation (which they sent me to fill out), no one contacted me or saw my daughter, I rang to ask what happens next and they said theyve sent a letter with a decision but couldn’t tell me on the phone, to find the letter send said theyve discharged due to “insufficient evidence” however theyve never spoken to me or my child and somehow are able to discharge.
