Sorry if this a bit late but I felt I had to leave another review for April .
I went into Cecil Amey’s Lowestoft branch just before that branch had closed .
I once again was dealt with by April , who was extremely knowledgeable and said it would be no problem to repair my glasses that the original supplier said it was impossible.
Polite , careful , and informative every step of the way . Thank you once again , for going above and beyond in every aspect. Customer service , at it’s very best .

The most un welcoming unhelpful customer service. Couldn’t even be bothered to get out the chair to show me around shop and advise me on brands & styles, lazy.

Ear wax removal at Cecil Amey is more expensive than others in Beccles but the quality and professionalism was excellent.
Also I could get an appointment quickly (I booked online) with the time that I wanted so that made all the difference.
