Caremark went way above and beyond looking after my Dad in his home. The staff were kind and friendly, and Dad felt nurtured. It was a stressful experience looking for care for my Dad and hoping that the company I chose would look after him properly. She loved all her carers, they were kind, respectful, friendly and above all treated my mum like she was their own!!! Nothing was too much for them and they always fulfilled my mums needs.

In March 2020 my sister and I needed carers for our elderly mother, who was becoming frail and needing support in everyday tasks.
Because we both worked full time we employed carers from Caremark; the country went into lockdown shortly afterwards, however, the carers remained working with our mother, visiting her three times daily, providing her with food, helping her dress, and wash.
The carers often went above and beyond, i.e. facilitating workman needing entry to her home.
Communication between the carer’s and ourselves was excellent; we were kept informed of any concerns or changes regarding our mother. This care continued until our mothers death in October 2021.
Due to our positive experience with Caremark I recommended them to friends, two of whom have since employed carers from Caremark to care for their elderly relatives, and have shared with me their positive experiences.
I am very impressed with the carers provided by Caremark, who treated our mother with dignity and compassion in her final years.
