Our experience of Brown & Merry in Berkhamsted is a very definite 5 stars. We bought and sold with them, experiencing the amazing team’s ability to manage both transactions. We didn’t make life easy for them as we got cold feet and pulled out of our sale, only to realise we had made a big mistake. Amir brokered a meeting with our buyer, doing what he does best which is managing relations between buyers and sellers. For this he is a total and utter professional and I cannot rate him highly enough. The team in Berkhamsted are wonderful, from Lucy who helped us through the initial stages of valuing our property to Charlie who found us our buyer from their list of buyers before going live! Scarlette has been great with communication in between all of this. As I’m hoping this review shows, we rate Brown and Mary extremely highly and have recommended them to friends who now have their property on the market with them! Their location on the High Street is a bonus, but I think their real skill is good old fashioned service coupled with many years of experience.
