Care home good and staff attentive.
Head office appalling . 2 months still awaiting refund of deposit after death of relative. Ignore emails , unreturned calls . When eventually speak to someone they make any excuse to not refund or delay .
Causing unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.
Should be ashamed of themselves , disgusting behaviour!
